Steps for Online Consultation Through Video Call

Book Appointment for online consultation through video call (Appointment can be booked 1 day in advance & upto 12:00 Noon on day of consultation)
  1. Fill the appointment form and click the submit button.
  2. Before proceeding with payment, please preview the appointment form details.
  3. Pay the consultation fee from different channel modes (QR Code, Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking etc)
    (Note: Validity of consultation fee for online video consultation is One Week).
  4. After paying, your appointment is “SUCCESS” & you will receive SMS/WhatsApp Message.

Add Symptoms and Upload Images & Documents
  1. Click the link from Appointment confirmation page or Link in WhatsApp Message. You can also login through OTP by clicking Patient Login Button or https://skincareclinic.co.in/patientlogin.aspx and proceed further
  2. Add some description of your problem.
  3. Upload Images of your affected body parts.
  4. Upload any previous prescription, test report or any other required document.

Online Video Consultation
  1. Download “Google Meet” App from Play Store or App Store.
  2. You will receive a Google Meet Link approx. 30 minutes before Online Consultation.
  3. Click on the link at the time of your consultation and wait for Doctor to join.
    (Note: Waiting time is usually few minutes but sometimes may be upto one hour).
  4. After consultation your prescription will be uploaded. Download the prescription and start taking treatment. Follow the instructions properly.
